Welcome to Apthorp Farms

In October of 2024 after 15 years of saving, 2 remortgages we broke ground and had an American Steel 30X100x14 ft barn on concrete built. We are currently in the process of building inside complete with a veterinary area, 12 stalls, a gift shop and photo staging area. with a scenic dining area yet and porch viewing.

Refund & Return Info

Tickets for each person is required to gain access to our farm.  We do not allow access without a ticket purchase for listed visits dates & times. We do not allow visits to "just drive by and wanted to stop & see the reindeer. This is a private residence and farm and biosecurity practices are in place. We reserve the right to accept and deny any visits not paid for during scheduled dates an times.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of return due to weather, accidents & verified emergencies
  • Late arrivals either shorten your visit or a reschedule can be made schedule allowing. Timelines exist for each guest full visit. It is unfair for untimeliness to affect another guest visit.
  • Reason for return also include farm emergencies causing closure of tours, guest will be notified and refunded or rescheduled,
  • No weapons, drugs, smoking, food or drink not purchased at our snack shack, ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD TO FEED REINDEER. TREATS CAN BE PURCHASED AND ARE PROVIDED BY APTHORP FARMS STAFF.  NO non service dogs allowed on farm property, if this rule is disregarded guest will be escorted off the property and NOT refunded.
